Dr. Portier, the staff, and the Board of Directors of the Emmitsburg Osteopathic Primary Care Center welcome you to our practice!

EOPCC is a nonprofit dedicated to providing medical education and patient-centered osteopathic healthcare.

All of our programs and services are guided by the core values of:

    knowledge. 

•   Providing compassionate service with integrity and dignity regardless of patients’ financial
    situations.

•   Educating future health care providers.

EOPCC is inspired by and works to accomplish the following vision:

•   To provide a dynamic educational program that encourages individuals to become future
    healthcare providers or supporters committed to benefiting their communities.
•   To complete a comprehensive medical care facility with added space for specialists (with
    emphasis on mental health) student residence, and meeting areas, and
•   To maintain our commitment to respect for and value of all individuals, including patients, staff  
    and providers.
