Construction Updates

EOPCC is currently raising funds to renovate the remaining half of its office building to include space for mental health care practitioners, other healthcare specialists and a residence for rotating medical students.  Want to help?  Learn more about how to make a donation, give an item on EOPCC's Wish List or how to buy a brick for the Healing Garden pathway. 

December 2005:
The new half of the building is complete!

1st Week of August: It's really starting to come together!  The roof has been tar papered and you can see the interior walls taking shape. 

4th Week of July: Check out the roof trusses!

2nd Week of July: The outer walls are up!

1st Week of July: The inner framing of the building is up now, too!

4th Week of June: The outer frame of the building is up!

3rd Week of June: The foundation has been poured! 

2nd Week of June: Before the foundation could be poured, the building's fourth footer needed to be inspected by the County.  They inspected it this week and we are now ready to pour the foundation!

1st Week of June: The construction on the health center has resumed!  We are presently waiting for Frederick County to inspect the 4th footer before the building can continue.  This photo of the back of the building was taken on Sunday, June 5, 2005.  Check back next week for a new photo of our continued progress.
