Meet the Staff

Kristin Harbaugh, CPM-HRS
Practice Manager, Website Administrator

Kristin joined the staff of EOPCC in the spring of 2005. With over 10 years of experience in the healthcare field, Kristin was the perfect addition to EOPCC with her background and dedication to EOPCC. Kristin holds an AABA, is a Certified Practice Manager, Human Resource Specialist and Notary Public in the State of Maryland. Kristin is a member of good standing with POMAA, MOMAHA, MGMA and the NNA. In her spare time Kristin spends time with her two-year old son, Collin and is a part-time adjunct instructor at Frederick Community College.

Janeen Lyche, CRNP
Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner

Janeen came to EOPCC in November 2009. Janeen is a Certified Nurse Practitioner in Family Practice by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is a 2001 graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a master's of Science with advanced study in Nursing through the Family Nurse Practitioner Certification Program. Janeen received her Bachelor's in Nursing from Graceland University in Lamoni, Iowa and her Associates in Nursing from Los Angeles Harbor College. Previously, Janeen was an Adjunct Faculty/Clinical Instructor for Penn State at Mont Alto. Janeen has worked in various specialties in different locations, including Ventura, CA. She lives in Gettysburg with her husband David, who is retired from the U.S. Air Force.

Nancy Manahan
Medical Secretary

Nancy celebrated her fourth year anniversary with EOPCC this past February. Nancy is a friendly, familiar name and face to many of our patients. If an answer is needed.... Nancy will find it! Willing to help wherever she is needed and well-respected. Nancy is a true example of a hard worker and dedicated employee. Nancy's commitment to EOPCC is most appreciated. Nancy has a daughter (Brooke) in college at West Chester University and a son (Justin) who recently graduated from Gettysburg High School.

Lacee Andrew
Medical Secretary

Lacee began her journey with EOPCC in the summer of 2006 while she was in need of a host site for Catoctin High School's work study program. Lacee graduated in 2007, continued her education at Frederick Community College and achieved an AABA and graduated in the spring of 2009. Lacee has continued her hard work and employment at EOPCC full-time since high school graduation. Most recently, Lacee became the newest Mrs. Andrew when she married Justin Andrew. Congrats Lacee & Justin!

Sarah Rohrbaugh
Medical Assistant

Sarah, a familiar face to Emmitsburg residents, completed her Medical Assisting internship for Kaplan University (Frederick campus) at EOPCC. Full of the desire to learn and begin her career in the clinical area of the medical office Sarah was offered a position at EOPCC. Since being hired Sarah has shared her enthusiasm to learn and stay busy with everyone around her.
